（Google による翻訳）日本で（というか、どこでも）このようなサービスを利用するのは初めてだったので少し緊張しましたが、同僚にこの会社を勧められて利用したところ、すべてうまくいきました！ウェブサイトでは、過去のお客様の家具の積み込み写真や料金の内訳など、実例を見ることができ、自分が何に取り組んでいるのかをより深く理解できた気がしました。コミュニケーションはすべてLINEだったので、日本語が話せなくても、翻訳ツールや日本人の友人の助けがあれば大丈夫だと思います。返信は常に迅速、明確、そして親切でした。写真をいくつか見せるだけで見積もりを出してくれます。スタッフは時間通りに来て、すべてを効率的に処理してくれました。正直なところ、私はあまり知識がありませんが、料金は妥当に思えました。全体的に思っていたよりもストレスが少なく、長崎に住んでいる外国人にとっても良いサービスだと思います。ありがとうございました！機会があれば、また利用したいと思います。 （原文） This was my first time using such a service in Japan (or anywhere, for that matter) so I was a bit nervous, but I was recommended this company by a colleague and it all went really well! I liked that you can see on their website examples with pictures of past customers’ furniture loads and price breakdowns; felt like I knew more about what I was getting myself into. Communication was all over LINE so I reckon you might be alright even if you don’t speak Japanese, just with translation tools or the help of a Japanese friend. Responses were always quick, clear and friendly. You just chuck through some photos and they give you a quote. The guys showed up on time and handled everything efficiently. To be honest, I don’t have much of a frame of reference but the fee seemed reasonable enough. So overall way less stressful than I was expecting and I reckon it’s a good service even if you’re a foreigner living in Nagasaki. ありがとうございました！機会があれば、また利用したいと思います。
