This was my first time using such a service in Japan (or anywhere, for that matter) so I was a bit nervous, but I was recommended this company by a colleague and it all went really well! I liked that you can see on their website examples with pictures of past customers’ furniture loads and price breakdowns; felt like I knew more about what I was getting myself into. Communication was all over LINE so I reckon you might be alright even if you don’t speak Japanese, just with translation tools or the help of a Japanese friend. Responses were always quick, clear and friendly. You just chuck through some photos and they give you a quote. The guys showed up on time and handled everything efficiently. To be honest, I don’t have much of a frame of reference but the fee seemed reasonable enough. So overall way less stressful than I was expecting and I reckon it’s a good service even if you’re a foreigner living in Nagasaki. ありがとうございました！機会があれば、また利用したいと思います。
